    • What is Delta-9 THC?

      Delta-9 THC, or delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, is the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis. It is responsible for the "high" sensation often associated with cannabis use.

    • How is this legal?

      Consumable hemp products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) are permitted under Chapter 443 of the Texas Health & Safety Code. Federal rules change on December 11, 2026 -- see Hemp THC & the 2026 Federal Law.

    • What is the age limit?

      Our products are for adult use only. Legal serving age is 21+. Keep out of reach of children.

    • What effects can I expect?

      Some consumers report that low-dose THC products may provide an uplifting, relaxing, or euphoric experience, though individual effects can vary widely. HOWDY makes no claim, promises, or guarantees regarding potential effects.

    • How fast will I feel the effects?

      Our proprietary nano-emulsion is absorbed significantly quicker than traditional edibles. We like to say our products are fast acting, and not long lasting. While this varies based on various factors (tolerance, body composition, diet, etc.), onset typically begins within 15-25 minutes, and can last 60-90+ minutes.

    • What is the recommended serving dose?

      Our beverages and gummies are low and approachable in the grand scheme of things. But as mentioned, everyone is different. We suggest new users and the canna-curious to start slow and low. If this is your first time enjoying a THC beverage or gummy, you may want to start with our lowest dose and wait 30-45 minutes to see how you feel. While these beverages/gummies are non-alcoholic, we crafted them to be enjoyed socially and responsibly.
